Hi Leila, thank you for your comment. I actually don’t believe there is a connection between endurance sports, mental health, and caregiving. I also hesitate to say that because I have rescue pets and have always loved animals, I’m a caregiver at heart. To be honest, I would struggle immensely being a caregiver for people in the setting of a health care facility. Thank you for reading and have a great day!
